International Service

Neurological equipment for Children’s Hospital - Chita Russia • Support free mobile clinic for villagers in Bangalore, India • Malaria containment & micro-industry projects - Lalmanirhat, Bangladesh • Newborn Intensive Care and Diagnostic equipment - Nakhodka, Russia • Health care program for dental, eye, infectious disease/injury in Venezuela • Neurological equipment for hospital treating one million people a year - Lebanon • Rotaplast Partner, providing free cleft palate and corrective facial surgeries in third world countries • Provided farming equipment to community - Abeokuta, Nigeria • Text and English books to school in Albania • Provided food, clothing, education and other needs to 80 orphaned and abandoned children - Ilupeju, Nigeria • Provided educational materials to a Rotary run free school for needy children in Dilkusha, Bangladesh • Established and equipped a Computer training center for 3 to 6 month rotational training of poor and unemployed youths in Bhairab, Bangladesh • At their own expense, two Club members traveled to Ghana, Africa to participate in the immunization of 3.5 million children in Rotary’s Polio Eradication Program • Provided a Van to transport handicapped people in Novosibirsk, Russia • Provided housing for seven families on the Philippine Island of Bohol • Provided funding for feeding needy children in the Philippines • Partnered with the Poipu Beach Club to provide shipping for much needed medical equipment for Vincente Soto Memorial Hospital at Cebu, Philippines • Two members distributed wheelchairs in the Phillipines * One member participated in Rotoplast in the Phillipines
